for det første;
for det andet;

ABSOLUTE COUNTRY (English Version)
Here I am in the studio ready to broadcast “ABSOLUTE COUNTRY”.
The program is called this because during its three hour duration I attempt:
First:
To describe various styles and time periods, musically speaking.
Second:
To follow a red tread in the program with a surprise effect of “musical breaks".
Country music has many different styles from different time periods with a new style for every new decade.
Country music traces its development back to the mid 20's through today.
Early on it was called “Hillbilly,” but in the 50's Ernest Tubb, among others, was instrumental in getting it changed to “Country and Western.”
Big country names have subsequent become legends even outside country music.
The program “ABSOLUTE COUNTRY” attempts to tell about the well known and less well known country singers by way of shorter or longer biographies followed by musical examples.
“ABSOLUTE COUNTRY” has been on the air for 23 years on
92.8 MHz, as part of Radio Elsinore’s varied programming.
